ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. Obtain the application form from the National Directorate of Road Transport and Provincial Directorates office in your region.
  2. Fill the application form accordingly and attach all the required documents and submit your application for verification and processing.
  3. Pay for the application fees
  4. The department will send and inspector to conduct an inspection on the named facility and forward his feedback for evaluation
  5. If they obtain satisfactory results, the department will generate the license and issue it to you

FeesEdit

  • Authorization for the service:170 UCFs. (per vehicle and per year)
  • Cancellation or Cancellation of the license:10 UCFs.
  • Issue of duplicate license:50 UCFs. Rental licenses for the transport of goods for the execution of service contracts combined with the railway and rental licenses for transport that require the use of specially adapted vehicles:15 UCFs.
  • License for light goods vehicle in rental service170 UCFs.
  • License for heavy goods vehicles in rental service:385 UCFs.

Payments to be made at Banco do Comércio e Indústria (BCI), through Bank account no. 1363918.10.001, in favor of DNTR. (1 UCF = 32.00 kz)
