Procedure

1. Applicants must submit all necessary documents. For those authorized by their firm or company to obtain the certificate, you must be able to present a statement of authorization and valid identity card or passport.
2. Once the application is approved you will be issued a Certificate of Confirmation name and firm.

• Copy of Escrit. Public establishment of the firm
• Photocopy of Business Registration
• Photocopy of publication in the Journal of Scripture
• Photocopy of Registration in Statistics
• Photocopy of Taxpayer Card

Eligibility

The person who will be applying to obtain Certificate of Confirmation must be the one responsible for or authorized by the firm or company.

Applications are filed at the IACS - Integrated Citizen Service Unit Public Talatona - Luanda Sul, A-2, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

Required Information

A list which displays the kind of information which is required to complete the procedure.

1. Date of Birth.
2. City or County of Birth.

Need for the Document

Firms or companies incorporated before 2002 must submit information relating to its constitution and it's operation. The information will then be stored and updated in a computerized data file.
