Procedure

Elaborates the Qualification of Heirs:
Apply In-Person:

1. Gather and prepare all the required documents and visit the SIAC - Integrated Citizen Service unit in your region to make your application.
2. Go to the notary section and obtain a control number password for Qualification of Heirs and wait for your turn.
3. The customer service officer will call your password and approach the service desk to present your documents for verification.
4. The official will verify your documents and generate a service guide detailing the total application fees and bank details.
5. Go to the bank and pay the mentioned application fees, and obtain two copies of the bank statement
6. Return to the customer service desk and submit one copy of the bank statement to the assisting official
7. The official will confirm the payments and if they are not correct will send you back to the bank to make the correct payment.
8. If the documentation and payments are correct, the official will Forwards the Qualification process for Heirs for analysis by the Notary.
9. The Notary will analyse the documents and if the documentation is correct, Authorizes the issue of the Qualification of Heirs.
10. The customer service officer will receive the document and Prepares the Qualification document for Heirs and Forwards the Qualification process of Heirs containing the document for signature of the Notary.
11. The notary checks the document for any corrections and if any calls for correction of the document, if non processed to sign and stump the document and send it back to the customer service desk for collection by you the applicant.
