Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Visit the National Directorate of Assistance and Social Reintegration and in the local province where you were registered with the necessary documents.
2. Present your application for data search and once it is established that you are a registered member or beneficiary of a registered member your application will be processed for enrolment of the professional qualification.

• This service can be requested by all citizens registered at the Ministry of former combatants and veterans of the fatherland and their family members under the terms of the legislation in force.

• For you to apply for this service, you have to be registered with the ministry of former combatants and veterans of the fatherland, apply by going to the representative of the ministry in the local province where you were registered. No fees are charged for this service
• To apply for this service, it is necessary to register and show your identification document issued by the Ministry
