Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Go to the National Directorate of Assistance and Social Reintegration and in the local province where you were registered with the necessary documents.
2. Present your application for data search and once it is established that you are a registered member or beneficiary of a registered member your application will be processed for Exemption from Payment of Income Tax

• Photocopy of identification card of the registered member
• Declaration by the MACVG local services, where the beneficiary is registered.

• For you to apply for this service, you have to be registered with the ministry of former combatants and veterans of the fatherland, apply by going to the representative of the ministry in the local province where you were registered. No fees are charged for this service
