  1. If you are obtaining a duplicate vehicle registration certificate due to the lost of the original one, you will need to report the incident to the Police and obtain a certification/written report.
  2. Submit your request for a duplicate vehicle registration certificate along with the police report.
  3. Pay all applicable fees.
