Procedure

1. Go to the Licensing Office to apply for a learner's permit.
2. Complete an application form.
3. Submit the completed form along with all other required documents.
4. Sit in and pass the Theory Test.
5. Pay the relevant fee before receiving the permit.

  • For permission to drive motor vehicles of classes A1, A2, B1 and mopeds
  • This form is only valid for certifying the competence of the people aspiring to hold a driver's license and must be completed and signed by a doctor.
• Parent's authorization to obtain a driver's license form, valid for the following categories:
  • Moped 49 cc
  • Category A1
  • Category J

Need for the Document
