Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for transfer of registration to new Employment Exchange, please visit the Department of Employment. The address and contact details of the office can be found in the following Location Link
2. Visit the Office and get the application form for transfer of registration to New employment exchange from the relevant department.
3. Please fill the application form with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
4. Please attach all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
6. The application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
7. After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with Special employment exchange registration process.
8. The registration process will be immediate and quick.
9. Once the certificate is ready to be collected, office will inform the applicant to collect it in person or through any applicable means.

1. Please visit following link of State Employment Exchange website for online registration: Link.
2. Please register to create your account if not a registered member already.
3. Please log in to State Employment exchange website with login credentials.
4. Now, select the respective district name. In case of certain states, native state and district details are also asked for. Hence please follow the instructions given in the respective state portal.
5. Please fill the profile form appropriately.
6. Please furnish all the required documents accordingly.
7. On submission of the registration form, an acknowledgement containing the Registration Number, Registration Date and Name of the Employment Exchange is generated.
8. Please save this acknowledgement for future reference.
