Andhra Pradesh - Online Obtain Agmark Certificate for your Product

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given page, please select “Certificate of Authorisation” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to reach “Applicant Login for Certificate of Authorisation” page.

Step 4 : Please enter “Company Id/Premises Id *”, Password and enter captcha as per given image. Please click “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to login.

Step 5 : If you are a new user then click “Sign Up” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get “New Applicant Registration” page.

Step 6 : Please complete the prompts as applicable and click “Register” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to register.

Step 7 : The window will be displayed on the screen and the applicant will receive an acknowledgement through their “Registered Email address.” The applicant’s User Id and a link to login the credentials will be provided in this email. You need to login using these credentials.

Step 8 : You will receive two mails one is your “User id” and another is the link to “Reset Password”, you need to reset your password with instructions and enter “Captcha”. Then finally, click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 9 : Now, you would see a pop-up on your screen that you have successfully changed your password. Click on “Ok” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below that would lead you to “Login Page”.

Step 10 : In this page you need to enter you login credentials, Captcha and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 11 : Once you login, applicant will get online application form to fill up firm profile, premises profile, machinery profiles, packing detail, laboratory details and Trade Brand details.

Step 12 : In this page, click on “Add Firm” option which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below to fill up the firm details and other related details.

Step 13 : Please enter mandatory details as per prompt, applicant should upload the required documents in PDF form at relevant fields and hit on “Save” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

Step 14 : Applicant shall pay the fees online as per the payment option available. Use the payment gateway as appropriate. Applicant gets acknowledgement page. Please save it for future reference.

Step 15 : This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.

Step 16 : Competent authority will do the verification of the uploaded documents.

Step 17 : Applicant will get intimation for inspection of premises.

Step 18 : Concerned authorities will inspect the business place and do their due diligence as mentioned in application by applicant for necessary infrastructure.

Step 19 : Upon approval by competent authority, notification from the department will be sent to the applicant through SMS. Please follow the department guidelines to complete the certification process.

Step 20 : On the said date, applicant can collect the certificate or the certificate will be delivered as per applicable norms.

Note:

• The field officers of DMI keep regular check on the commodity graded and certified under AGMARK by drawing check samples from packers’ premises and market. These check samples are analysed in Regional AGMARK Laboratories and action deemed fit is taken if the graded commodity is found not conforming to the prescribed standards.
  
• It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
