Procedure

Farmers of Andhra Pradesh could apply for Small/Marginal Farmer Certificate through the following procedure.

Apply through Meeseva Centre

1. To apply for a Small/Marginal Farmer Certificate, visit the nearest Meeseva Centre in person Meeseva Centres
2. Procure the prescribed application form to apply for this service.
3. You could also download the application form online from the link: Application Form
4. In the procured application form, fill all the required details.
5. Attach the photocopy of all the required documents with the application form.
6. Submit application form along with photocopy of all the required documents to the concerned authority.
7. Pay the required processing fee and receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
8. You will be notified through sms once your certificate is ready.
9. Visit the Meeseva Centre to get your certificate.

Apply Online - Obtain Small or Marginal Farmer Certificate Online with Images

1. To apply online for a Small/Marginal Farmer Certificate, visit the link: Meeseva Portal
2. If you are a new user, register a new account by selecting, “New Registration” on the left side of the page. Fill your details and click on "Signup”.
3. Now log in with your credentials. And choose “Issue of Small / Marginal Farmer Certificate” under Revenue Department services.
4. Fill all the required details in the displayed application form.
5. Upload the scanned copies of all the required documents.
6. Check for any corrections to be made before submitting the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
7. Pay the required processing fee for which you will receive the online receipt.
8. After successful submission of your application, you will receive the acknowledgement message through sms.
9. Your application will be further processed and you will be notified through sms if your application gets rejected.
10. If your application is accepted, your certificate will be ready within the processing time. You could check the status or download the certificate from the Application Status Option available in the dashboard of your account.

• Photocopy of Pattadar Passbook/Title Deed/1B Extract/ Registered sale deeds of the Lands
• Self-declaration by the Farmer for the lands owned by him/her
• Any Address Proof
• Aadhaar card
• Driving Licence

Note: All uploads to be in pdf. Other required documents have to be submitted if necessary. Carry the original and photocopy of the necessary documents for any cross verifications to be made.

Eligibility

• Farmers who own land area less of than 4.94 Acres could get the small/marginal farmer certificate.

Fees

• The service could be availed by paying the application fee of Rs.35+Postal Charges.

• Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana- Under this scheme, farmers are provided Rs. 6,000 per year as a minimum income support PM Kisan
• Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan yojana- Under this scheme, farmers are provided minimum pension of Rs 3000 / month on attaining the age of 60 PMKMY Site
