Procedure

Apply Online:

1. To Apply for a Local Candidate Certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “REVENUE DEPARTMENT”.
3. From the options list, the applicant has to click the “ISSUANCE OF LOCAL STATUS CERTIFICATE”
4. The applicant has to log in with the username and password with the captcha code and click the “Login” button.
5. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
6. Enter all the details in the application form.
7. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
9. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
11. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant receives a call from the office regarding the application.
13. The authorities will process your application, verify the provided information, and conduct any necessary checks.
14. If approved, the applicant will receive the Local Candidate Certificate.
15. The entire process can be completed within 7 to 15 days or per the timeline the respective department authority advised.

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for a Local Candidate Certificate, the applicant has to approach the Taluk office of the respective area link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The fee to apply for a Local Candidate Certificate in India is INR 35.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
