  1. To apply for Contract Carriage Autorickshaw (Pucca) Permit in Andhra Pradesh the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which your area belongs to. Following link can provide you information related to the list of RTO office : RTO Office List, RTO Office Map
  2. Application Forms PCOA (PERMIT IN RESPECT OF A PARTICULAR CONTRACT CARRIAGE TO BE REGULARLY SO USED) is required. Application forms can be obtained from the following link : Permit, Form PCOA : Form
  3. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down in the “Required Document” section of this page.
  4. Application forms can be obtained from the appropriate RTO offices that should be completed and presented with appropriate fees.
  5. Present the completed application forms in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.
  6. After checking the vehicle for its correctness and other appropriate requirements the application will be processed.
  7. Important verifications for the permit includes Vehicle condition, Meter for fare, Seating arrangements etc.; will be carried by authorities.

Apply Online

  1. Application for Contract Carriage Autorickshaw (Pucca) Permit can be made through : Application
  2. Please select “Permit Services” under “Permit menu”
  3. In the next screen, select “New Permit” and click "next' to get the next screen.
  4. Select appropriate option and enter the registration number of the vehicle.
  5. You are prompted to enter Aadhaar card or Voter ID. Please enter accordingly.
  6. Please click “I Agree” and click "next" to reach the next page to complete online application procedure.
  7. You have to choose the date and time that you are planning to visit the RTO office related to the application and click “Next” button that is displayed on the bottom of the screen.
  8. Please follow the instructions appropriately that are displayed on the screen for filling the application forms and making payments and uploading required documents appropriately.
  9. Take printout of the application form including acknowledgement and go to RTO office before 11:30 a.m. on the date of appointment and present the completed application forms along with required documents in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee. Then the officials would start processing your application.

  • Permit for Auto Rickshaw is to grant the holder to operate the vehicle for a specific period on area designated.
  • The permit also grants the holder to pick passengers in his autorickshaw under the designated area with fares fixed by government on timely basis.
