Andaman and Nicobar - Online Renew Contract Labour Licence for Contractor

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : Once you reach the page, please click “Online Application” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image under “Online Registration”.

Step 4 : User will get a popup window. Please select “Fresh(New) License for contractors Employing Contract Labour” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : Applicant will get online application form. Please fill in all the relevant details as per page prompts and click “Proceed” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : Now upload the “Form V” by clicking on the “Choose File” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image and then click on the “Submit Application” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 7 : Please follow the onscreen information and complete the online application requirement.
Step 8 : Please use the applicable button to submit the application.
Step 9 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
Step 10 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.
Step 11 : Application will be forwarded online to the concerned department.
Step 12 : After scrutiny by the designated authority, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through SMS along with the date of inspection.
Step 13 : Department authorities will verify the documents, Inspect the premises and clarify their queries.
Step 14 : The Application along with report will be forwarded to the issuing authority concerned.
Step 15 : If the applications is found to be correct in all respect then renewal of Contract Labour License will be issued.
Step 16 : This certificate shall be hand delivered or sent through post as per applicable norms.

Note:
  • If no work is executed by the contractor than a no work certificate from the principal employer should accompany the application of Renewal.
  • Make sure to keep the “First-Aid Facilities” in the premises during inspection.
  • It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
