Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Applicant should approach the Deputy commissioner office in Andaman and Nicobar to apply the Loner (Money Lender) Licence
2. Application should be obtained from the concerned office or written in white paper
3. Application should be addressed to Deputy Commissioner
4. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents”.
5. Pay the appropriate fees as per requirement
6. Submit the application along with required documents to the concerned authority.
7. After the verification authority will grant the Licence.
   
   

Apply Online:

1. To apply for money lending license through online, applicant has to click on the following link link
2. If you are a registered user, you can enter your login credentials and click on the "Login" button.
3. If not, you have click on the "Register" hyperlink to register yourself and then login to apply for this license.
4. After successful login, please click on the "Application for Money Lending license" option at the left side of the page.
5. Now please read the description and click on the "Proceed" button.
6. Now fill the application form with valid details and click on the "Submit" button.
7. Now please follow the on-screen instruction to proceed further for payment gateway.
8. After successful submission of your application, you have to note down the application reference number to track your application status.
9. After the verification process, the authority will grant the Licence.
