Apply In-Person

  1. To obtain Matriz Certificate, the applicant shall approach the local tehsil office. Find contacts to the Tehsil office in the link provided: South Andaman Link or North and Middle Andaman Link.
  2. The application can be obtained from the concerned office or downloaded from the link: Link.
  3. Make sure to have all the "Required Document" in order to get the certificate.
  4. Fill in all the mandatory details in the application form along with the appropriate fees.
  5. Submit the application form to the concerned authority.
  6. On successful scrutiny of the application form, the authority will issue the certificate.
