Procedure

1. The owner of the vehicle must complete the registration card request form, obtained from the relevant departments of the municipality or downloaded from the website of the Ministry of the Interior, Local Government and Regional Planning, Images
2. Accurately fill in the application form and attach all the required documents and submit them at the municipality office near you
3. If all the information are in order and the application fees you will be issued the registration card by the issuing authority

• Residence form (except in the case of a vehicle registration request belonging to foreign cooperates),
• Photocopy of the national identity card,
• Bill of sale, (except in the case of a vehicle imported by an individual)
• Tax stamp duty,
• Transaction tax receipt for vehicles subject to it.
