Apply by Mail

1. To apply for an Explosives Transportation Permit or License, the applicant will need to submit an application form to NRCAN (natural resources Canada). Here is the contact Link

3. Fill out the application form with all the relevant details.
4. The applicant will need to pay fees as per the authority's request.
5. Submit the application form by mailing it to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
6. Once the authorities have approved the application form, the applicant shall receive their permit by mail within a few weeks from submitting the application.
