Apply In-Person:

  1. The application form is available in the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Contact link
  2. The applicant can also use the following link to download form. Link
  3. The applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the form and attach the photocopies of the documents that are needed along with the application form before submitting.
  5. Once completed, the applicant should submit the form to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
  6. The fee for this procedure has been mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page.
  7. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and interview the applicant before issuing it.
  8. Approval will be provided within 7 to 33 months.
  9. If the approval has not been given within 7 to 33 months, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.

  2. If the applicant is an existing user, they can log in directly using their “Email” and “Password”.
    • If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Create an account” option.
    • The applicant has to provide their own email address when they create an account.
    • While registering, the applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on the “Sign Up” button.
    • Once the registration is successful, the applicant can log in with their “Email” and “Password”.
  3. After logging in, the applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
  4. The applicant must provide all information necessary for the application procedure online.
  5. The Fee for this procedure can be paid online.
  6. After getting approval from concerned authorities, a Green card will be provided within 120 days through mail.

  2. If the applicant is an existing user, they can log in directly using their receipt number.
    • If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Sign up” option.
    • While registering, the applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on the “Sign up” button.
    • Once the registration is successful, the applicant can track the application with their Receipt Number.
    • After logging in, the applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
  3. The applicant must provide all the information necessary for the application procedure online.
  4. Finally, the applicant has to click on the “check status” button.
