Procedure

Apply In Person:

1. To Apply for a Degree Attestation (Authorization Letter), the applicant must approach registrar office of their respective college or university where they completed their Diploma.
2. The applicant must write a written request letter for Degree Attestation.
3. The applicant must enter all the details in the Authorization letter.
4. Make sure that the applicant must attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant must attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the authorization letter while submitting.
6. Submit all the necessary documents along with the letter to the concerned officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority’s request.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided to the applicant. Please save it for future reference.
10. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant gets the degree attestation via mail.
11. The processing time for this procedure completes takes up to 30 days.
