1. To Apply for Registration of Shell Egg Handler, the applicant has to approach the U.S Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service Livestock, Poultry and Seed Program link
2. The applicant has to first download the application form by clicking the following link
3. After downloading the application form, the applicant has to complete it with the required details in the application form.
4. Complete the application form as required and attest it with signature in the field provided. Attach the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page, with the completed application form.
