Apply In Person

  1. To Apply for Post Office Caller Service in Alabama, the applicant has to approach the USPS - United States Postal Service link
    Note: Applicants has to enter their zip code to find nearby office to them.
  2. Applicant has to download the form from the following link
  3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
  4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
  5. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  6. The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
  7. The fee for this procedure has mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
  8. Applicant can submit the application form and the documents to the respective Post office or through mail, the detail is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
  9. The authority will review the application form; upon successful completion the authority will intimate about the programme details.
  10. The applicant has to visit the office to check the details.
  11. The processing time takes for this procedure process is about 10 -15 days.
