Apply In Person

  1. To Apply for Pharmacy License, the applicant has to approach the U.S FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION link
  2. Before applying the applicant has to complete the course and internship.
  3. Also, the applicant has to complete the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) exam.
  4. The applicant must pass both exams to demonstrate competence in pharmacy practice and knowledge of state-specific pharmacy laws and regulations.
  5. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  6. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  7. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  8. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  9. Submit the application form and the documents to the authorized officer.
  10. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  11. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  12. Then the application will be processed further.
  13. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  14. Once the application is approved, the applicant will receive the Pharmacy License through the mail.
  15. Be sure to display the license prominently in the Food truck as required by law.
  16. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
