Procedure

1. To Apply for Medical Lab Technician License, the applicant has to approach the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services link

Step – 1:

4. Now the applicant has to log in by using the user’s name and password and then click the “Login” button.
5. The applicant has to enter the details in the application form.

7. And pay the exam fee of $200 in online mode.
8. Once completed with the details, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. Then the application will be processed further.

Step – 2:

1. The applicant has to find a test centre link Enter the address and click the “Search” button.
2. On the exam date, the applicant has to visit the respective center.
3. Also, bring the authentication letter, valid identification, and photo ID.

Step – 3:

1. Results are available after the exam and are sent to AMT within 48 hours.

Eligibility
