Apply by Mail

1. To Apply for Bulk Insured Service in Alabama, the applicant has to approach the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE link

   Note: The applicant has to enter their zip code to find nearby office to them.

2. The applicant has to download the form from the following link
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
5. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
6. The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
7. The fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
8. Once completed, the applicant should send the completed form and the attachments to the mail address.
9. The mail address is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
10. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and the submitted document.
11. Once the process is completed, the applicant gets the notification through mail to get the license.
12. The applicant can download it through the mail within 15 days.

• Mail insured articles under an approved manifest mailing system.
• Mail a minimum of 10,000 insured articles annually (a total of all insured articles mailed at multiple locations).
