- To Apply for Bulk Insured Service in Alabama, the applicant has to approach the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE link
- Note: The applicant has to enter their zip code to find nearby office to them.
- The applicant has to download the form from the following link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
- The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
- The fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
- Once completed, the applicant should send the completed form and the attachments to the mail address.
- The mail address is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
- Concerned authorities will look into the application form and the submitted document.
- Once the process is completed, the applicant gets the notification through mail to get the license.
- The applicant can download it through the mail within 15 days.

- Mail insured articles under an approved manifest mailing system.
- Mail a minimum of 10,000 insured articles annually (a total of all insured articles mailed at multiple locations).
