  1. To Apply for Alcohol Dealer Permit or License, the applicant has to approach the Department of Treasury (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) link
  2. The applicant has to download the form from the following link
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in all these given three application form.
  4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit the completed form and the necessary documents to the TTB office.
  7. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents before providing the license.
  8. Once all the verification process is done by the authority, the applicant receives a notification through a mail.
  9. The applicant gets the license by visiting the office.
  10. Fee for this procedure is free of cost.
  11. The processing time for this procedure is within 15 – 30 days.

  2. The applicant has to click the “New User” and create a new account.
  3. After creating an account, the applicant needs to click the “Register an account”.
  4. The applicant has to select the type of license need to apply.
  5. The applicant has to enter all the details in the new application wizards.
  6. Once completed, the applicant has to fill the Personnel Questionnaire.
  7. These personnel Questionnaire are mentioned by the person who are
    • Sole proprietor
    • Partners
    • Officers
    • Directors
    • Trustees
    • Members, managers, and/or managing members
    • Stockholders holding 10% or more of the shares in a corporation
    • Interest holders holding 10% or more of the shares in a limited liability company
  8. After entering all the details, the applicant has click the “Submit” button.
  9. Once all the verification process is done by the authority, the applicant receives a notification through a mail.
  10. The applicant gets copy of the application and supporting data along with all records.
  11. After receiving the permit, the applicant can check their all data’s.
  12. There is no fee for this procedure.
  13. The processing time for this procedure is within 15 – 30 days.
