You are from nine to 18 years old. You were born in Venezuela. You can apply for your Identity Document (C’dula de Identidad) by following:

1. Prepare the requirements:
Your original and certified copy of the Birth Certificate that is inserted in the Civil Registry and contain the data described in art.81 of the Organic Law of Civil Registry (LORC).
2. Visit a suitable SAIME offices

Present the required documents. Follow all of officer’s guiding to apply for your Identity documents.
