1. To obtain a replacement driver's license, applicants will need to go to their local Municipal Service Center (addresses provided below) and in the case of its theft to the territorial body of the national police.
2. Complete an application form and submit it together with all other required documents.
3. Pay the replacement fee.
4. Your application will be processed immediately after receipt.
