Apply In-Person:

1. To apply offline, the applicant has to go to the respective SDM offices of Ambassa, Gandacherra, Kamalpur & Longtharai Valley or visit an E-suvidha centre or the tehsildar’s office.
2. You will be given an application form which you need to fill with the necessary details.
3. Attach documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page and submit it to the relevant authorities.
4. Further instructions will be given at the office.
5. The status of the application will be sent through SMS.
   

Apply Online

1. To apply, visit the official Tripura e-district portal.
2. Here is the Website link
3. Click on “Citizen registration”, it can be seen in the bottom left without scrolling.
4. You will be required to enter your Aadhar number.
5. An OTP will be sent to you Aadhar registered number.
6. You will be directed to another page where you will have to register your account, enter your details.
7. An OTP will be sent to your phone number and email ID, enter these when prompted.
8. Once you do so, you will register with the e-district portal.
9. Go back to the login page, enter your credentials and log in.
10. On the left click on “Apply for services”.
11. The number one option will be “Land Valuation certificate”, click on that.
12. Enter details such as your name, address, contact details, eligibility.
13. Enter captcha.
14. Click on “Submit”.
15. After submission, an application number will be generated, keep this safe to help track the application.
16. You can track your application by logging in again and clicking on the “Track Application” option and entering your application number.
