Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Telangana is available in the Telangana Veterinary Council.

3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the request of the authorities.
7. Renewal of registration can be done within 15 days. If the renewal has not been done within a month, applicant can visit the council for knowing status of their application.

• Self-Attested Copy of Degree Certificates (B.V.Sc. and A.H.)
• Lid Registration ID Card (Original)
• Two passport size photographs
