Apply In-Person:

1. Visit the nearest Tehsil office or sub registrar’s office.
2. The applicant will be given an application form that needs to be filled.
3. Attach all relevant documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Submit the application form along with the documents to the authorities.
5. Once you submit the application an application number will be given to you.
6. The application will be forwarded to the concerned authorities.
7. Once approved you will get an SMS and you can collect the certificate from the office.

1. Visit the website of the integrated land records of Telangana.
2. Here is the link to the website: Website
3. Click on “Click here to continue”.
4. If you have an account, you can log in.
5. If you do not, click on new registration on the top right.
   • Enter name and mobile number.
   • An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
   • Enter OTP.
   • Your account will be created.
   • Now go back to the login page by clicking on “Registration of mortgage” on the right side.
   • Log in.
6. Once logged in, click on the registration of the mortgage.
7. You will have to enter details about your deed.
8. Once you enter all details, in a few days your certificate will be generated.
