1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Telangana must visit the Telangana Pollution Control Office or Municipal office. Click on the following link to find the contact details of each district link
2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
3. Submit the letter to the pollution control officer.
4. The officer will issue a receipt for further reference along with a complaint id.
5. No fee is required for this procedure.
6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
7. To know your complaint status visit the website link.
8. Click on the “Public Grievance” button on the homepage. Then, on the next page, click on the “Know Your Complaint Status” option.
9. On the new page, enter the “Complaint Id” and click on the “Sign In” button to know your status.
10. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.

1. A person desirous of making a complaint about the water quality in Telangana must visit the Pollution Control Board website link
2. On the homepage, click on the “Public Grievance” button. Then, on the new page, click the “Lodge your Complaint” option.
3. In the e-form that appears, fill in details of the complaint along with your name and contact details.
4. Select your “District” and the “Nature of Pollution.” Fill in the location of the pollution and click on the “Save” button.
5. Upon successful submission, a receipt with “Complaint Id” will be generated for further reference.
6. To know your complaint status revisit the website link.
7. Click on the “Public Grievance” button on the homepage. Then, on the next page, click on the “Know Your Complaint Status” option.
8. On the new page, enter the “Complaint Id” and click on the “Sign In” button to know your status.
9. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.
