1. Application for obtaining a Land (for investors) in Tanzania is available in Tanzania Investment Centre contact link
2. Applicant has to procure the form for this service from Tanzania Investment Centre.
3. Applicant has to enter all necessary details in the application form.
4. Applicant must carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are required for completing this procedure.
5. Documents that are required for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Applicant has to attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
8. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the Document will be provided within 15 to 20 days.
9. Applicant will be notified regarding the availability of Document, after getting the notification; the applicant can visit the office for collecting their Document.
10. If there is no notification provided by concerned authorities, the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
