2. Applicant has to procure and enter all necessary details in the application form.
3. Applicant must carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are required for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are required for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the connection will be provided within a month.

• Wiring diagram of the house or building properly drawn and rubber stamped by the registered electrical contractor who undertook the wiring process.
