1. To Obtain License for Body Massage (Foot Massage), the applicant has to make the application in GoBusiness licensing portal link
2. Enter a search “Massage Establishment Licence” then click on "Add to selection"> click on "Review and Apply" and then click the "Proceed" button.
3. The applicant has to login with their Singpass Id number and password

   Note: If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

4. The applicant has to necessary information and submit the required document that are mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
6. The applicant needs to pay a non- refundable fee of $290 via credit or debit card.
7. After the successful submission the authority send out a letter or email reply to the applicant within 5 working days of receipt of the application.
8. The Singapore Police Force licensing department will post out the hardcopy licences within 21 days.

  • full front view of staff uniform (with sleeves for top and pants for bottom)
  • side view of the staff uniform (with sleeves for top and pants for bottom)
  • rear view of the staff uniform (with sleeves for top and pants for bottom)
  • company or establishment name or company nametag on staff uniform
  • a close-up shot of the company nametag (if nametag is used)
• Layout plan of the establishment drawn to scale, stating the total floor area in Square Metres
• URA planning permission for proposed use of premises to be used as ‘Massage Establishment’ / HDB approval letter (whichever is applicable)
• ACRA Business Profile

Be a fit and proper person. The criteria and requirements for a person to be considered fit and proper to hold a licence are (but not limited to) whether the relevant person has honesty, integrity, a good reputation, competence and capability.

• At least 21 years of age at time of application
• Possess a valid and relevant work pass if you are a foreigner

• A Non- refundable fee of $290 should be paid.

• The validity of license for one year.

• Legal recognition of massage therapy through licensure protects the public through establishing a consistent standard of practice which is enforceable by a professional code of ethics.
