1. To Obtain Free Sale Certificate (Food) in Singapore, The applicant has to approach the Singapore Food Agency link
2. Use the following link, to apply online link
3. Select the license and click the “Apply” button.
4. Applicant has to login with singpass account.
5. Follow the instruction, enter all the information in the form.
6. Attach the documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. Finally review the form and make a payment, the fee details are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
8. Given the acknowledgment and click the “Submit” button.
9. The processing time for this procedure takes up to 3 working weeks.
10. Check the status of the application online to confirm if the certificate can be collected.
11. Collect the certificate by visiting the office.

NOTE: Filling details in application form may take the applicant 30minutes. Please complete the application within 1.5 hours.

Licence Fees: $16.80 per certificate

The validity of this certificate is up to 3 years.

The free sale certificate will be ready for collection 3 working weeks from the date of approval of application.
