1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Sikkim must visit the Sikkim Pollution Control Office or Municipal office. Click on the following link to find the contact details of each district link
2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
3. Submit the letter to the pollution control officer.
4. The officer will issue a receipt for further reference along with a complaint id.
5. No fee is required for this procedure.
6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
7. Submission status can be viewed by visiting the website link
8. Click on the “Report Public Grievance” button on the menu. Then, on the new page, click on the “View Submissions (with documents)” option.
9. If your application were successful, you would be given access to use this option.
10. Click on that option and enter the complaint id (generated when submitted).
11. Any steps taken towards the complaint will be notified through SMS or Email.
    

Apply Online

2. On the homepage, click on the “Report Public Grievance” button on the menu.
3. On the new page, click on the highlighted option under “Submit With Documents.”
4. A google form signed into your Google account will appear automatically. Fill in the details like name and contact details.
5. Select the type of your submission as “Complaint/Grievance.” Then, write the complaint details and upload any relevant documents/photos/videos by clicking on the “Add File” button and click the “Submit” button.
6. An e-receipt will be issued.
7. Submission status can be viewed by revisiting the website link
8. Click on the “Report Public Grievance” button on the menu. Then, on the new page, click on the “View Submissions (with documents)” option.
9. If your application were successful, you would be given access to use this option.
10. Click on that option and enter the complaint id (generated when submitted).
11. Any steps taken towards the complaint will be notified through SMS or Email.
