1. To obtain license or permit for Transmitter Link Station (STl), you would have to approach the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority.
2. An application letter for the same should be addressed to the Director General of RURA on the address provided below.
3. Following Application Form should also to be completed and submitted to appropriate authorities, You could also obtain the application form in the office of Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority.
