1. To obtain a license or permit for cleaning service provider, you would have to write an application letter to the Rwanda Utility Regulatory Authority (RURA).
2. Make sure you have all the documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page, along with the completed Application Form. The aaplication form can also be obtained from the office of RURA.
3. Submit all the required documents and completed application form in RURA office. Following is the address of headquaters.
