Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Domestic Help Verification In-Person, get the Domestic Help Verification form from the nearest police station in Rajasthan Know your Police Station
2. You could also download the form if it is available online (Please refer “Documents” section of this page)
3. In the procured form, fill the required details of the servant or employee.
4. Fill your details under the space provided for details of the employer.
5. Fill the required details of previous employers if any.
6. Provide the servant’s voluntary fingerprints if necessary.
7. Affix the Passport size photograph of the servant in the space given.
8. Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proof of the servant.
9. Duly sign the form and submit the form at the nearest Police Station.
10. Pay the processing fee if required.
11. Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
12. Visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.
    

Note: Carry the original Id proofs to the police station for any necessary cross verifications to be made.

Apply Online - Rajasthan Apply to get Servant (Domestic Help) Verification Online with Images

1. To apply for Domestic Help Verification online, visit the Rajasthan Online Portal from the link: Apply Online
2. In the displayed webpage, select citizen services and click on “Verification Form (Servant/Tenant Verification)”
3. In the given window, select “Servant Verification”.
4. Fill all the required details of the Servant and the Employer.
5. Upload the required Photo and Id Proofs.
6. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
7. Pay the processing fee if required.
8. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
9. The acknowledgement will be sent to your phone number.
10. You can Verify the status of your application by selecting “Verification Status (Servant/ Tenant)” from “Citizen Services”
11. Fill the details of the Reference Number and Applicant’s Mobile Number to check the status of your Application.
12. The report will be sent to your registered email Id.
    
    

Apply Online Through Mobile App - Rajasthan Apply to get Servant (Domestic Help) Verification Through Mobile App Online with Images

1. To register the Tenant’s Details through the RajCop App, Download the app from the play store with the link: RajCop App
2. Open the App and register your account using your details.
3. Login with your new user account.
4. From the various services offered, select Domestic Help Verification.
5. In the given new window, fill the required details of the servant or employee.
6. Fill the required details of the employer.
7. Upload the photo and documents in the required size and file format.
8. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
9. Pay the Processing fee if required.
10. The acknowledgement will be sent to your phone number.
11. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.

• While employing a person for domestic help, it is highly advisable to apply for a Police verification report of the said person to ensure your safety.
• When one applies for this Verification, the police runs a complete background check on the person to be employed and their details are stored with the police.
• This protects the employee from involving in any criminal activities in the near future.
• The police verification report also gives information about any troublesome activities of the servant in their previous workplace.

• Servants have access to the employer’s most important details, and one could easily become a victim of servant crime if they do not conduct police verification before hiring them.
• Usually, in the event of a servant crime, the police would be left with zero information about the servant's details. However, a servant verification process would help the police to track such crimes.
• It is highly necessary to do background verification of the servant even if he/she was referred by a friend or an acquaintance.
