Apply In-Person:

1. To apply to switch ownership of land, applicant has to visit the state properties department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Obtain memo from applicant and attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below.
4. Check the memo and then submit it to the contracts section in the state properties department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
5. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
6. Authorities will inspect the new building cleanness and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
7. After verification process, the ownership of land will be switched from private to government.

• Citizen and companies shall submit a request to the contracts section in the state properties department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to apply to switch ownership of land (private to government).

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
