Businesses may submit a request to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to receive an Industrial License for Project Merge/Division.

1. The applicant for an Industrial License for Project Merge/Division has to make an application in person to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI). This can be done by visiting the MOCI (offices) is to complete the Application Form for industrial licenses of various types form.
2. The form can be obtained from the MOCI offices or downloaded from the MOCI Website , through the following link:link
3. Fill in the required information correctly.

   • Make sure you tick the type of application at the beginning of the application. i.e. (Projects Merge/Division).

4. The completed form is to be submitted to the licensing authorities along with the required documents. A list of the required documents is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
6. Proceed to make the required application and licensing payments as per the advice of the authorities.
7. After the verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the new industrial license on a specified date.

1. An authorization letter containing the name of an authorized person.
2. Copy of the ID card of the Applicant and his Partners.
3. Commercial Registration.
4. Articles of association, in case the application is an Existing company.
5. Other data requested by the Ministry.
