1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Puducherry must visit the Puducherry Pollution Control Committee Office. Click on the following link to find the contact details of each district link
2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
3. Submit the letter to the pollution control officer.
4. The officer will issue a receipt for further reference.
5. No fee is required for this procedure.
6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.

8. Click on the “Online Grievance” button on the homepage. Then, on the new page, click on the “PPCC Public Grievances System” option.
9. Click on “Public Grievances - Website Link/Public Grievances - Android Link/Public Grievances - iOS Link” according to your preference.
10. On the new page, click on the “Track Your Complaints” option.
11. Enter your registered email id and click on the “Get Complaint Details” button.
12. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.

2. On the homepage, click on the “Online Grievance” button. Then, on the new page, click on the “PPCC Public Grievances System” option.
3. Click on “Public Grievances - Website Link/Public Grievances - Android Link/Public Grievances - iOS Link” for preference.
4. On the new page, click on the “Register Complaints” option.
5. On the e-form that appears, fill in details of the complaint along with your name and contact details.
6. Select your city, town, state, and the “Complaint Category.” Then, fill in the location of the pollution and details of the complaint in the given box.
7. Upload files related to the complaint by clicking on the “Choose Files” button. Click the “Submit” button once every box is filled.
8. Upon successful submission, a receipt with will be generated for further reference.
