Apply In Person:
- To Apply for Wildlife Farm Permit (LTP), the applicant has to approach the Department of Environment and Natural Resources link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- The officer will evaluate the application and conduct an inspection of the proposed wildlife farm to ensure compliance with the requirements and regulations.
- The officer may conduct a public hearing to solicit comments and feedback from stakeholders and the community.
- Once the permit is approved, the applicant may receive it from the office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources DENR.
- This entire process can be completed within 15 - 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

- Vicinity Map, Site Development Plan, and Floor Plan
- Proof of Ownership or Right to Use the Land
- Endorsement from the Local Government Unit (LGU) where the wildlife farm is to be located
- Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) or Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) from the DENR
