Oklahoma - Apply for a Driver's Record


Procedure

In Oklahoma, you can apply for your own or others driving record by Online, Mail or In-person. You can only apply others driving record, if you are permitted to do so. Please follow the below procedure to apply for a Driver’s Record in Oklahoma:

ONLINE

You can use this link Online portal, and follow its steps to get an Oklahoma driving record.

BY MAIL
  1. Make sure you have a completed Records Request and Consent form to Release Link for records request
  2. Send the completed form and payment to:

  1. Make sure you have a completed Records Request and Consent form to Release Link for record request
  2. Go to Room 206 of Oklahoma Department of Public Safety Contact Link and present the above completed form, pay application fee and get the driving record.

Eligibility

  • If you own a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
  • One of the permitted use categories in Title 47 O.S., Section 6-117 E&F (if apply for others record)

Fees

  • Non-certified driver’s record: 25$
  • Online transaction fee: 2.5$
  • Certified fee: 3$
  • Free Non-certified record fee if you are 65 years olds and up.

Validity
