1. To set up a New Zealand Post PO Box or Private Bag you will need to visit your local PostShop (link to addresses provided below).
2. Complete an application and submit it together with your photo ID.
3. If you are a business, you are also required to submit a letter of authorisation on business letterhead or a copy of the certificate of incorporation.
4. Pay the annual rental fee.
