1. To renew your Post PO Box or Private Bag rental, you will need to visit your local PostShop (link addresses provided below).
2. Complete a renewal form and pay the annual rental fee.

Online

1. Renew PO Box / Private Bag Rental online by completing this form - link.
2. You can renew up to ten PO Boxes or Private Bags at a time online via your credit card.
3. You will need to provide your PO Box / Private Bag number(s) and your Customer Number(s) below. Your Customer Number is printed on your invoice.
4. Arrange payment via credit card.
