Apply In-Person

1. Applicant should visit the Public Officers' Welfare Council (POWC) office. you can view the POWC, location and contact via this link Link
2. Collect the application form from the POWC front desk, or download it via the POWC website Link (scroll down the home page to locate form under Civil Service House>then select “Application form for Civil Service House”) or directly download the form vial this link; Link (Application form)
3. Submit the completed form to the Organising Secretary of Public Officers' Welfare Council at the (POWC) office to be verified and reservation of the booking of the event, upon making payment of the required fee at the POWC cashier office.

Members of public who wish to hire the Civil Service House (CSH) so as to hold a seminars, workshops, meetings, talks and brainstorming sessions

Mondays-Fridays

• Full day (0900-1600 hrs.)- Normal tariff - Rs. 700.00
• Half day during weekdays [( 3 hours) 0900-1200 or 1300 – 1600 hours)] -Rs. 500.00
• Rs. 150 per additional hour

Saturdays

• Rs. 700.00 (0900-1600 hrs.) + Rs. 150 per additional hour ( after 1600 hours)

• Validity period depends on the applicant discretion
