2. Completely filled a Class D/M License and ID Card Application.
3. Submit the application with the $25.00 fee and appropriate documentation , as payment in person to any RMV full service office
4. Get hold of your temporary photo imaging Liquor ID.A new photo imaging Liquor ID will be delivered through your mail.

3. The document proves your signature

Like a Massachusetts ID, Liquor ID is an official form of identity, age and signature that is generally accepted by the Government . It is only best to apply for ID such as these to improve your source of official identification.
