1. Application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Madhya Pradesh is available on the Madhya Pradesh State Veterinary Council.
2. Location link of the state veterinary council is – Link.
3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Renewal of registration will be done within 15 days.
8. If the renewal has not been done within a month, then, the applicant can visit the council to know details of their application.

6. After completing all the above, the applicant can click on the “Submit” button.
