1. To Apply for Sambal Card (Sambal Yojana), the applicant has to make the application online via the following link
2. The applicant has to click “Apply for Registration” to start the application.
3. Next the applicant has to enter samagra ID and family id and enter captcha for verification.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
5. Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Review the application and click “Submit”.
7. The fee for this procedure is free of cost.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference, it contains the application summary and contact details of the person to be contacted.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number. Also the applicant can check the status of the application using the following [phttps://sambal.mp.gov.in/AvedanStatus.aspx Link]
11. The processing time for this procedure takes up to 15-30 days.

Apply Through CSC

1. To Apply for Sambal Card (Sambal Yojana), the applicant has to approach respective “CSC” centre link

   NOTE: The applicant has to select state, district and block name from the drop-down menu, or the applicant has to click on their respective district to find nearby centres.

2. Please visit the centre and consult with the centre operator for your requirement.
3. If the operator issues an application form, then collect it and pay the requisite fee. Please complete the application form.
4. Now, submit the completed application along with the required documents as per the “Required Documents” section of this page. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
5. The operator will process the application online. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement. The applicant will also get a transaction number as a text message on their registered mobile number.
6. Applicant has to make necessary payment as centre operator quotes and don’t forget to take the receipt.
7. This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
8. ”SMS” triggered update on application status will be sent to the applicant’s mobile. Please keep track of the notification.
9. The submitted application will be processed by the department. A designated authority (supply officer) will verify the submitted documents and inspect the area of the applicant to clarify the applicant’s details.
10. Based on the outcome of the above-mentioned steps and other internal processing, the designated issuing authority will decide on the issuance of the card.
11. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection will be conveyed to the applicant through an “SMS” or applicable norms.

• Sambal Yojana scheme has been started through the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh to provide social security to all the workers of unorganized sectors coming below the poverty line. This will be done by providing benefits of government schemes to social security workers.

• Beneficiaries will not have to pay any fee for Naya Savera card under this scheme.
